Team Leader
Peter is founder and Director of First Fruit and the current Chair of Transform Newham. He is an ordained Anglican minister and was leader of the team at the Mayflower Family Centre in Canning Town for 15 years.

Co-ordinator - Interchurch Development
Jonathan is one of the senior pastors of Gloryhouse with a congregation approaching 3,000 in size worshipping in Plaistow. He has a heart to see barriers come down between cultures and denominations.

Jacqui John
Co-ordinator - Youth Development
Jacqui works with youth leaders across the borough and together they run a variety of events including Soul in the City, the Whole, and Cords. Jacqui is also a Life Coach and uses her skills to motivate and inspire young people.

Central Co-ordinator
Kim has a background in the private sector working for a computer training company. He has many skills in administration and management and a heart for unity and prayer.

XLP Schools Worker
Tom works part-time as a Youth Leader at a local church, and part-time as XLP Schools Worker. He aims to serve and bless local schools through a wide range of services including lunch-clubs, assemblies, R.E and P.H.S.E lessons. He and Elizabeth were married over the summer.
